Dorothea Dix Park is hosting FREE Family Taekwondo at Fountain Plaza inside Gipson Play Plaza, 715 Biggs Drive, Raleigh, North Carolina.
Registration is required for each session, and is likely to fill up. Registration opens two weeks before the session.
Master Houman and Master Neshat with Elite Fire Taekwondo will introduce Taekwondo skills in a beginner friendly environment.
Taekwondo is beneficial for gaining confidence & discipline, teaching respect, physical and mental wellness, and having fun! The classes will be open to ages 5+ and families are encouraged to attend together. The class will include a 15-minute demonstration and 30 minutes of instruction. These classes provide a healthy, family friendly activity for all!

- April 11, 2026, 1 p.m. Registration opens March 28
- May 9, 2026, 1 p.m. Registration opens April 25
