Covenant Christian Church, at 2911 SW Cary Parkway, Cary, NC, is offering Winter, Worship & Wilderness Retreat.
It takes place on Saturday, January 21st, 2023, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
At this meditation & movement experience, we honor the spirit of winter together and all that accompanies it: slowing down and reflecting on our personal wilderness and periods of darkness.
We will renew our spirits through movement, community, and nature. This worshipful encounter combines accessible and light-hearted practices including tai chi, yoga, an outdoor walking meditation, communion, and fellowship.
You will leave with tools and a community of support to help you navigate through the winter wilderness.
