Hillsborough is celebrating Independence Day with their annual Picnic in the Park event. It takes place Sunday, June 30th, 2019, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Eno River Farmers Market Pavilion, 144 E. Margaret Lane, Hillsborough.
