Yoga Fest in Wendell Sep 14 - Triangle on the Cheap

Victory Power Yoga is hosting Yoga Fest in Downtown Wendell on September 14, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. It takes place at J. Ashley Wall Town Square, 99 W 3rd Street, Wendell, North Carolina.

This is a free event. You don’t need to register in advance. Just show up 5 or 10 minutes before one of the classes.

Yoga Fest features FREE yoga class and local vendors.

Schedule:

11 to 11:45 a.m.: Yin + meditation
12 to 12:45 p.m.: Power Vinyasa (flow)
1 to 1:45 p.m.: Power Reset (balanced flow with lots of deep stretch)
2 to 3 p.m.: Mobility + MFR (myofascial release)
