Duke University is hosting a Veterans Day Commemoration Ceremony on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 11 a.m., at Duke Chapel, 401 Chapel Drive, Durham, North Carolina.

Order of events:

Joint Color Guard provided by Duke ROTC units
National Anthem – Member of the Duke Chorale
Welcome – Antwan Lofton, Vice President, Human Resources
Invocation – Luke A. Powery, Dean of Duke University Chapel and Professor of Homiletics and African and African American Studies
Remarks- Vince E. Price, President
Guest Speaker – Major Ryan Allen, United States Air Force
Wreath Laying Ceremony – Antwan Lofton, Vice President, Human Resources and Paul Dillon, Adjunct Instructor
