Morrisville Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources is leading a Summer Solstice Trail Walk on Wednesday, June 21, 2023.
Meet at 6:30 p.m. at the Morrisville Community Park Shelter, 1520 Morrisville Parkway, Morrisville, NC.

This is part of the Town of Morrisville’s NC Year Year of the Trail celebration.
This will be a group guided walk on the Hatcher Creek Greenway. The walk will be a mile out and back (two miles total) on a paved and level trail. This is considered an “easy” level walk, but there are half mile markers for those who prefer a shorter walk. Strollers, wagons, and other wheeled equipment can be used on the trail.
According to the Facebook post, the first 30 attendees will have the opportunity to build a solar powered mason jar lantern.
