JP’s Pastry is North Carolina’s first certified gluten-free bakery. Its Durham location, at 7072 Highway 751, Suite 108, Durham, Carolina, is now open. Other locations are in Raleigh, Benson, and Greenville, North Carolina.
JP’s Pastry is celebrating its Durham Grand Opening on Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Starting at 10 a.m., the first 25 customers will receive a tote bag of gluten-free goodies.
The celebration will continue at 10:15 AM with a ribbon cutting ceremony and a $100 gift card giveaway at 10:30 a.m. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Not Just a Fry Guy food truck will be on-site so that customers can grab lunch while exploring the bakery, and there will be a $50 gift card giveaway every thirty minutes until 3 p.m.
JP’s Pastry offers a wide selection of gluten-free foods, ranging from decadent desserts and pastries to breads, pastas, quiches, and soups. They also offer an array of pastries, breads and pastas that are gluten-free and dairy-free or gluten-free and vegan.
