This event has been canceled due to inclement weather.
On Saturday, October 10th, 2020, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Holly Springs is holding the first Holly Springs Chalk Festival.
Artists can register to create a piece of artwork using just chalk.
All artists ages 6 to adults may enter.
Artists will be divided into 3 age groups:
- 6 – 12
- 13 – 17
- 18+
Artists can choose to reserve one square for $15, two squares for $25, or three squares for $33.
Each square is approx. 8′ x 8′.
Squares will be reserved and laid out socially distanced.
Artists will have from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to create their masterpieces
Pictures will be taken of the completed artwork and placed on Facebook for the public to vote on age group winners.
Artists are welcome to bring their own chalk. However, chalk will also be provided and available at the event.
Chalk Paint is prohibited.
