Ashtanga Yoga School
November 9th, November 23rd: 10 a.m.
This will be a challenging, dynamic practice appropriate for those with experience doing Vinyasa or Ashtanga yoga. This practice helps practitioners deepen focus inward, learn to extend breath, and is meant to help detoxify and purify the body. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Our clients experience a high energy 45 minute session that is progressively challenging and never the same.
