These classes give you a chance to see what local fitness providers have to offer, and to figure out which class is right for you. These classes are scheduled through June, 2019.

Ashtanga Yoga School
March 24 – noon to 1 p.m.
April 14 – noon to 1 p.m.
May 19 – noon to 1 p.m.
June 23 – noon to 1 p.m.
Join Stacy Ingham, owner and director of Ashtanga Yoga School Raleigh, for a FREE guided Ashtanga Primary series class. This will be a challenging, dynamic practice appropriate for those with experience doing Vinyasa or Ashtanga yoga. This practice helps practitioners deepen focus inward, learn to extend breath, and is meant to help detoxify and purify the body. Please bring your own yoga mat.
Fit4Mom – Stroller Strides
April 3 – 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their children (in strollers or baby carriers). It includes power walking or jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Children are entertained all throughout class with nursery rhymes, finger play and singing.
Fit4Baby – Prenatal
April 10 – 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Prenatal Fit4Baby® is a prenatal fitness class designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy, delivery and beyond. Classes are interval-based, combining elements of strength training, cardio and stretching/balancing exercises as well as deepening the connection between mom and baby. Modifications are available to increase or decrease the intensity and impact of all exercises. This a safe and effective workout for moms of all fitness levels, at every stage of pregnancy.
