Raleigh Parks is offering free fitness demo classes in December, 2024. For three weeks in December, Barre and Warrior Rhythm Roots will be free trial classes, as Raleigh Parks is testing out the new classes. Registration is required for each class.

Barre
This low to no impact class that focuses on functional movements, full range of motion, and alignment. Classes are designed to increase body awareness in movement, improve balance, increase muscular endurance and improve core strength. Equipment such as lighter dumbbells, resistance bands and Pilates balls may be used in the class.

WARRIOR Rhythm ROOTS™
Combining yoga-inspired sequences, resistance training, and cardio, this class enhances balance, flexibility, and strength with the support of a chair.
