Fit4Mom Hillsborough-Mebane is holding a fall open house, with free classes from September 14 to 19, 2026. Registration isn’t required, but is appreciated.

Monday, September 14
- Stroller Strides class, 9:00-10:00am, Gold Park, Hillsborough
- Kindermusik playgroup, 10:00am, same location
Tuesday, September 15
- Walk Club, 9:00-10:00am, Riverwalk, Hillsborough — A stroller-friendly walk at whatever pace works for you
Wednesday, September 16
- Stroller Strides themed class: “Color”, 9:00-10:00am, Gold Park, Hillsborough
- Playgroup, 10:00am, fun craft after class
Friday, September 18
- Stroller Strides class, 9:00-10:00am, Gold Park, Hillsborough
- Playgroup and “Ask the Expert,” 10:00am, iced coffee provided, with an IBCLC (lactation consultant) and a parent coach. Bring your questions.
- Mom’s Night Out, 7:00-9:00pm, Nomad. Free to attend, moms purchase their own food and drinks.
Saturday, September 19
- Special Saturday Stroller Strides class, 9:00-10:00am, Eno River Brewing in Hillsborough
