Morrisville’s East Meets West Festival celebrates the diversity of Morrisville, with food, culture and music from around the world.
This year, the festival will include multiple events from September 30th to October 8th, 2021.

Kick Off Tailgate
The East Meets West Kickoff Tailgate takes place on Thursday, September 30th, 2021, from 6 to 8 p.m., in the Wake Competition Center overflow parking lot, Competition Center Drive, Morrisville. The parking lot opens at 5:30 p.m. This is a free event.
The evening includes:

- Hindu Society boxed vegetarian meals for $5

- Face painting and Henna tattoos

On Friday, October 1st, 2021, from 6 to 8 p.m., Music & Meals at the Hub will take place at Healthy Food Hub, 280 Town Hall Drive, Morrisville.
This event will explore Indian music and cuisine.
This is a free event.
Minor League Cricket Championship Finals
The Minor League Cricket Championship Finals are being held in Morrisville October 2nd and 3rd at Church Street Park, 5800 Cricket Pitch Way, Morrisville. The matches are free to attend, and also include lots of family fun activities and food trucks.
Morrisville Night Out
Morrisville Night Out will take place in various Morrisville neighborhood communities on Tuesday, October 5th, 2021, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. More info to come.

On Wednesday, October 6th, 2021, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., stop by Morrisville Community Library, 310 Town Hall Drive, Morrisville, to explore multicultural literature and stories. The Library’s Adult Services Librarian will chat about great books and programs offered. Explore your neighborhood library, get a library card, and learn about Wake County Public Libraries’ diverse collection of books and other resources.
Bollywood Movie Night in the Park
Enjoy a movie in the park on October 8th, 2021, at 8 p.m., at Morrisville Community Park, 1520 Morrisville Parkway, Morrisville. This is a free event.
The movie will be English Vinglish. Sirdevi, tradition-minded Indian housewife, enrolls in an accelerated English-language course after she finds herself unable to place a simple order in an American restaurant.
