Has your pumpkin seen better days? Bring it to Smash Don’t Trash on Saturday, November 4, 2023, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the Midtown Farmers’ Market, 4191 Main at North Hills Street, Raleigh, North Carolina.
Please remove any candle wax, non-biodegradable glitter, paint and other decorations.
There will be additional compost bins onsite to collect your post-Halloween pumpkins.
Toward Zero Waste and Compost Now are going to be composting the pumpkins, keeping them out of the landfills.
