The Wake Forest Public Art Commission (PAC invites residents to a special Community Celebration of the Arts on Saturday, Oct. 11, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Wake Forest Renaissance Centre, 405 S. Brooks St.
Free and open to the public, this family-friendly event will include food, music, and a variety of arts activities for children of all ages.
This family-friendly event will feature a main stage performance at noon by Luke Vandergriff.

Blending live looping, spoken word, and global rhythms, his performances inspire wonder, resilience, and creativity. With stories drawn from traveling the world and 15 years in Bolivia, Luke brings a one-of-a-kind experience to festivals, theaters, and music venues—where passion, play, and purpose take center stage.
The Celebration of the Arts will also include a variety of arts activities for people of all ages, including art-making with Scrap Exchange, plein air artists, an art show, and student art.
Starting at 11 a.m., Kona Ice will be on site giving away a variety of sweet treats to the first 100 people.
