We have put together a huge list of holiday events in the Triangle, including parades, festivals, markets, Santa visits, and more. Check out our growing day by day list of holiday events in the Triangle!
It will take place in the Museum Park on Saturday, December 18th, 2021, from 5 to 7 p.m. The procession will start at 6 p.m. at the Ellipse.
Bring your own homemade lantern, or come at 5 p.m. to make one with the Museum.
Lanterns should be made from white paper or other material and should be lit with only LED lights or white battery-operated string lights. Lanterns can be any size or shape and can incorporate bells, chimes and other embellishments.
The walk is on a paved trail, about 3/4 of a mile long. It’s wheelchair-accessible.
This is a free event.
