Wendell Baptist Church, at 3651 Wendell Blvd, Wendell, North Carolina, is hosting a Community Day on Saturday, August 2, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
It features a clothing giveaway, kids’ block party, free hot dog lunch and even a repair shop where you can get small engines repaired as well as some car care.
Clothing Giveaway
From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., there will be a clothing giveaway for all ages in the Large Fellowship Hall.
Kids’ Block Party
From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m, kids can enjoy a bounce house, snow cones, face painting and more.
Free Hot Dog Lunch
From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., enjoy a free hot dog lunch in the Large Fellowship Hall.
Repair Shop
From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., get some help with small engines like lawn mowers, as well as car are like an engine oil light in your car.
