Wellness Wednesdays Series is back in 2020 with 14 weeks of FREE fitness opportunities this spring.
Spring Wellness events take place on the grass lawn of Midtown Park on Wednesday evenings from March 25th through June 24th, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
These events encourage participants to get fit by promoting whole-body wellness through a wide variety of fitness concepts.
