Wellness Wednesdays Series is back in 2019 with 17 weeks of FREE fitness opportunities during the Spring season.
Spring Wellness events take place on the grass lawn of Midtown Park on Wednesday evenings from March 13th through June 26th, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m
These events encourage participants to “Get Your Fit On” by promoting whole-body wellness through a wide variety of fitness concepts.
