Durham Parks & Recreation leads monthly Weekend Nature Walks throughout the year in Durham Parks. Make sure to follow each link, below, to register. The cost is $1.50 for Durham residents and $6.50 for non-residents.
Walk the trails at local Durham Parks. Come and see what surprises nature has in store as the seasons change on this guided one-hour walk. Sign up with your friends, or make new ones along the way! Participants need to wear weather appropriate clothing and wear close-toed shoes. Preregistration is required for all participants.
These walks are appropriate for ages 6+.
