Triangle Friends of African American Arts is offering a sneak preview of what we have in store for us this coming year.
Triangle African American Theater Preview, at just $15 a ticket, will bring together several performing arts organizations to showcase the African American plays and musicals that will hit the stages in 2023. This special event will include dramatic readings, songs and scenes from upcoming performances.
This is a great way to help decide which shows to mark on your calendar for 2023 now.
It takes place on Sunday, January 15th, 2023, at 7 p.m., at Raleigh Little Theatre, 301 Pogue Street, Raleigh.
This year’s event is hosted by Kevin “Rowdy” Rowsey II, Executive Director of Blackspace and U.S. Cultural Ambassador. Rowdy has been featured on BET, NPR, PBS Kids, and has given a TEDX talk on the importance of Hip Hop Culture.
