ThrillaDilla is a new quick-service restaurant concept that is currently operating as a pop-up in the Mardi Gras Bowling Center at Falconbridge Shopping Center, 6118-A Farrington Road, Chapel Hill.

The “Dilla” is a new take on the quesadilla, with a wide range of options that include:

The Plain Cheese Dilla
The Veg 1.0
Breakfast Anytime
The Jamaican
The East (eastern-style BBQ)
The West (western-style BBQ)
Crispy Chicken
The Favorite (braised chicken with mozzarella cheese, bell peppers and avocado)

When you purchase a Dilla, you’ll get a coupon for free bowling at Mardi Gras Bowling Center for everyone in your party, up to 8 people. Rental shoes not included. This deal will be available for as long as ThrillaDilla is housed in the bowling center.
