This time of year, delivery drivers are staying busy! For a limited time, Amazon has a promotion where if you thank them via the Amazon website or app, they’ll receive a $5 tip, at no cost to you. The tip will go to the driver for your most recent delivery.
This is a limited time promotion, and we don’t know when it will end. If we do learn that it’s ended, we’ll update here. At the time of this article, December 14, 2023, the promotion is active.
How do you thank your Amazon driver?
In the Amazon app or website, while logged on, type “thank my driver” in the search bar. Or go to amazon.com/s?k=thank+my+driver.
You should see this image on the top of the screen.
After you click on “Thank my driver” you’ll come to a screen with your latest order and you should see this:
If you see this message, you’ve done it! You’ve given your Amazon driver a $5 tip. The promotion is available only for deliveries in the last 14 days.
If you don’t see the message, then the promotion might have ended.
