The Raleigh Neighborhood Exchange (RNEX) is an annual event hosted in September by the Neighborhood Enrichment Division in honor of Neighborhoods Month.
The event celebrate’s Raleigh’s neighborhoods and brings neighbors together.

Raleigh Neighborhood Exchange will take place at Lions Park Community Center, 516 Dennis Avenue, Raleigh, NC, on Friday, September 23rd, 2022, from 4 to 9 p.m.
It’s free to attend and registration is not required. Please bring a chair or blanket.
Food trucks will be on site and the first 200 people to attend will receive a free meal ticket.
- Learn about City programs
- Kids can practice football and basketball skills in free sports clinics
- Adults 55+ can participate in a softball throw
- Create art with two Raleigh artists, Kiara Sanders and Shannon Newby.
- Enjoy spoken word by Sharlene Provilus
- Watch a magic show by Joshua Lozoff
- Attend an outdoor movie, Sing 2, on the baseball field, when it gets dark
