Marbles Bike Rodeo is a free event for kids on Saturday, May 4, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
It takes place outside Marbles Kids Museum. 201 East Hargett Street, Raleigh, North Carolina.
Although the bike rodeo is free, if you want to go into the museum, admission must be purchased in advance.
At the rodeo, kids can ride through an obstacle course, learn about bike safety and create bike “bling.” The event is for all ages and skill levels.

Bring your child’s bike and helmet. There will be a limited number of bikes and trikes available to borrow.
Here’s some of what’s going on:
- Pedal Parade: Parade with your helmet, bike, and bling around Moore Square.
- Bike Blast Obstacle Course: Ride, wheel or run your way through the course.
- Traffic Garden: Stop, Go, Yield… Practice safety while taking a ride on a pretend city street.
- STEAM Play: Explore, build and experiment with gears and wheels.
- Bike Bling: Show off your style and bling out your bike and helmet.
- Healthy, Active Fun: Try a healthy snack and learn how to fuel your body for maximum play.
