Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department is making it easier for kids to communicate directly with Santa Claus.
From November 20 to December 17, 2025, the department is hosting a FREE Letters to Santa program.
It’s easy to participate!
- Use the template to write a letter to Santa. Available online or at 18 participating community centers.
- Drop off your letter at a participating community center between Thursday, Nov. 20, and Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2025, during operating hours.
- They’ll deliver the letters to Santa so he can read and reply to every letter.
- You can pick up the letter at the same community center you dropped it off at between Dec. 19 and Jan. 5. They will contact you if it’s ready early, and if you have provided them with your contact information.
Can’t make it a community center? No problem! Santa is on email! Just fill out the template and email it to Santa.Claus@raleighnc.gov.
You can find the template here. Or click on the image below to make it full size, and print it out.
