Sherimi Wellness is offering a Kids Yoga Class at Lake Wheeler Park, 6408 Lake Wheeler Road, Raleigh, North Carolina, on Tuesdays from October 22 to November 12, 2024, at 10 a.m.

The classes have a “pay what can,” or donation model.
The classes are geared toward age 4-8, but all are welcome. Siblings can attend as the experience is fun for any age. An adult must be present to experience the class with the child.
Enjoy moments of movement, breath, and connection for the hour long yoga class in nature. Meet on the covered deck (rain or shine) followed by the option to stay and play on the playground after class. This is a great yoga class for homeschoolers.
Dress comfortably in layers and bring your water bottles. Limited yoga mats will be available, so if you have mats please bring them to class. If you have an infant, you can wear them in a holder or let them rest by you in a stroller.
Classes will take place on the covered deck overlooking the lake. Follow the drive all the way to the end at the playground. Park by the playground, and follow the sidewalk to the deck by the Lake.
Restrooms are available.
