Junior League of Women is hosting its 9th annual Touch-a-Truck on Saturday, November 2, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., in Downtown Smithfield.
Admission is free. Kids can safely explore big trucks and heavy machinery, including:
- Emergency vehicles
- Tractors
- Construction equipment
- Farm equipment
- Service and special delivery trucks
- More

In addition, inflatables and face painting will be available. Get a $5 wristband to enjoy these activities. Proceeds benefit Johnston County through Junior Women’s League of Smithfield’s initiatives like the Johnston County Blessing Boxes and scholarships for women.
Food trucks will be on site.
JWL will be collecting non-perishable foo dand personal care items.
