1870 Farm, 1224 Old Lystra Road, Chapel Hill, is offering Holiday on the Farm from November 30 to December 24, 2025, on the following dates:

The opening time is 10 a.m. and the final time slot is 3:30 p.m., but time slots are subject to selling out. When you purchase tickets you’ll choose from available time slots. Find tickets here.

Gemstone Mining! (additional $10)
Visit the 1870 gem sluices and pan for precious gemstones in the festive gem mine. Find precious gems and festive elves.
Festive Apothecary (additional $18)
Visit the 1870 apothecary to make a homemade gift to keep or give! Apothecary experience may vary. Examples include candle-making, a festive herbal ornament or soap-making.
