Krispy Kreme: Wear your costume on Halloween and get a free doughnut of your choice. In addition, on Saturdays in October, buy a dozen doughnuts, and get another dozen for $1.
At Insomnia Cookies, get a FREE classic cookie if you show up in costume on Halloween. Or buy one ‘Wich and get one for free.
Sonic Drive-In is offering corn dogs for just 50 cents each on Halloween at participating locations. No limit, so feed the whole (haunted) house! For added savings, order online or via its app and enjoy half-price drinks and slushes, too.
Kids age 12 and under in costume get a FREE milkshake at Smashburger with any purchase on October 31st at participating locations of Smashburger. 2608 Erwin Road, Durham, and 6679 Falls of Neuse Road, Raleigh.
From October 26th to October 30th, kids 12 and under can get a free Mr. Mummy pancake at IHOP.The Mr. Mummy Pancake is a large green pancake topped with zig zags of cream cheese icing “bandages”, banana slices and chocolate chip eyes, and a sweet, purple whipped icing smile. Also available in buttermilk.
Children age 12 and under who are dressed in their Halloween costume can get a FREE vanilla cone at QuikTrip on October 31st, between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m.
Steak ‘n Shake
On October 31st, 2020, for Halloween, all children under the age of 12 in costume, are eligible to receive a free kid’s shake of their choice at Steak ‘n’ Shake. Indulge in classic flavors like Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry or specialty flavors like Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, M&M, and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup!
At McAlister’s Deli: From October 30th to November 1st, 2020, kids 12 and under wearing a costume in-restaurant will receive a FREE kids meal with the purchase of an entrée. If you prefer to enjoy McAlister’s at home, use the promo code FREETREAT20 to redeem one free kids’ meal with entrée purchase on the McAlister’s app. You need to be a rewards member to get the deal on the app.
Chipotle Mexican Grill
Chipotle Mexican Grill: Chipotle’s popular Boorito promotion is going digital for 2020. Chipotle is bringing back Boorito for its 20th anniversary and giving fans a chance to virtually trick-or-treat for half a million buy-one-get-one FREE entrée codes via text. Each code is valued up to $10.
A total of 500,000 one-time-use codes will be dropped via TikTok, Twitter and Instagram from October 29th to 31st, 2020.
To claim one of the codes, you will have to act fast and text the valid keyword to 888-222, before they’re all gone.
The codes can only be redeemed on Halloween, October 31 via the Chipotle app or Chipotle.com. (Be warned, with similar giveaways in the past, the codes “disappear” extremely fast.)
Chuck E. Cheese’s
Chuck E. Cheese’s: This isn’t food, but…all October long, get a FREE treat bag when your child visits in costume or when you buy an All You Can Play card of 30-minutes or more. The treat bag includes a rechargeable play band, Chuck E. Cheese sticker sheet, Halloween stickers, candies, a spider ring and special offers on Halloween movie rentals at home from Warner Bros. Wendy’s: Buy a Boo Book for $1 and get 5 coupons for a free Jr. Frosty. 85 cents from every $1 purchase goes to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.

At participating Dairy Queen locations, for one day only, you can get a Kid’s Meal for $1.99 using the DQ mobile app.
