Free Sunrise Yoga for Autumn Equinox in Cary Sept. 19

The Town of Cary is presenting FREE Sunrise Community Yoga for the Autumn Equinox. The class will be taught by Tiffany Cole Candioti on Saturday, September 19, 2026.

The class takes place at Bond Park Outdoor Spaces, 801 High House Road, Cary, North Carolina, at 7:30 a.m.

Bring your yoga mat, park at Bond Park Community Center and follow the signs to the grassy spillway for the class.
