Free Pop-Up Pound Fitness Workouts in March
In March 2023, Raleigh Parks is offering free Pound Fitness Workouts in two community centers.
Pound Fitness is a cardio jam session that uses Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising.
The classes are from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Space is limited, so please register.
The classes are for ages 18 and up.
Mondays in March
Pullen Community Center
