
Empowered Parents in Community (EPiC) is hosting a day focused on mental health, wellness, and family connection.
Family Mental Health & Wellness Forum takes place Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Rogers-Herr Middle School, 911 W Cornwallis Road, Durham, North Carolina.
This free forum is created with Black families in mind and offers a welcoming space to learn, share, and grow together. Through engaging breakout sessions and community conversations, we’ll explore ways to strengthen communication, nurture resilience, and build joyful, healthy relationships at home.
- Free childcare and a full catered lunch will be provided.
- Youth ages 11–18 are invited to participate in the forum sessions alongside adults.
- $50 stipend for the first 10 families to arrive!
