Durham Parks and Recreation presents Fall Film Series: Movies in the Park at Durham Central Park, 501 Foster Street, Durham, North Carolina. The movies will take place the first Saturday of the month from September to November, 2025.
Bring your blankets, lawn chairs and your favorite people for a fun movie night in the heart of downtown Durham. This family-friendly series features films for all ages.
Local food trucks will be on site serving up tasty bites, so come early, grab some dinner, and settle in for a memorable night outdoors.
Durham Parks & Recreation will provide free popcorn, while supplies last.
Seating: Bring your own picnic blanket or chair. No alcohol or smoking allowed.
Fall Film Series Schedule
Each movie will start around 8 p.m.
- September 6: A League of their Own (PG)
- October 4: Ghostbusters (1984) (PG)
- November 1: Drumline (PG13)
