Oak City Yoga is offering Yoga and Mimosas every Saturday at 11 a.m., at Dogwood Bar & Eatery, 610 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh.
The class costs $13 and includes a mimosa with purchase.
Paula Fraschetti, the founder of Oak City Yoga, will be leading class.
The class will begin with 5 to 10 minutes of breath work before heading into integral poses finishing with a power flow.
The class will be held outdoors or in an open-air circulated tent. There are heaters and plenty of space to move around.
The class is scheduled through October 30th, 2021. Look for updates on the Facebook event.
