UNC Chapel Hill students: there’s a special deal for you! Show your student ID at the register and receive a buy one, get one free offer on the Big Zax Snak meal. The BOGO deal is good through May 8, 2025.
A Big Zax Snak Meal includes three chicken fingerz with Zax Sauce, Texas toast, crinkled fries and a small drink.
Current hours are 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday to Thursday, and 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday.

Spanning 2,140 square feet, the new Zaxbys is equipped with 17 seats for dine-in guests, as well as Zaxbys first ever self-service kiosks. Busy students can take advantage of three kiosk ordering systems and one cash register unit for expedited service. Zaxbys Modern Farmhouse design has also received an exciting UNC twist including a “sauce wall” featuring basketballs named after our 12 signature sauces, an iconic Zaxbys “Z” made up of Carolina Blue basketball shoes, and unique Zaxbys x Carolina wall art.
