Zambrero is re-opening in University Hill in Durham on May 22nd, 2021, at 3109 Shannon Road, Durham.
On May 22nd, enjoy live music, $5 standard bowls and burritos, a prize wheel, and gourmet popsicles from the Locopops food truck!
There will be a giant burrito-cutting (instead of a ribbon-cutting) and you can also enjoy UHILL Walls, one of the largest collections of mural art in the Southeast.
Opening hours on May 22nd are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Zambrero partners with Rise Against Hunger, an international humanitarian organization working to end world hunger, for its Plate 4 Plate initiative. For every burrito or bowl purchased, Zambrero donates a meal to someone facing hunger. Since inception, the concept has donated more than 40 million nutritious meals through Rise Against Hunger to affected communities across Africa, Asia and the Americas, and is working toward a goal of 1 billion meals by 2025.
