The Town of Apex is presenting Designing Women: Beloved Apex Landmarks and Their Designers on Sunday, March 10, 2024, at 2 p.m., at Pleasant Park, 3400 Pleasant Plains Road, Apex, North Carolina.
This is a free event in honor of Women’s History Month
The event will highlight the women who helped create some of the most beloved landmarks in Apex – Apex Friendship Middle School, Apex Senior Center, Apex Service Memorial, Rodgers Family Skate Park, and more.
There will be a panel discussion, where designers share their creative process. Stick around after for a behind the scenes tour of Pleasant Park! This event is free and open to the public, but registration is requested.
