New Hope Valley Railway’s (NHVR) family-friendly Track or Treat: Halloween Express takes place on October 12, 19 and 26, 2024, with departures each day at 2:15, 3:30, 4:45, 6:30, and 7:45 p.m.
During the spooky but family-friendly train ride, visitors will see scenes of flying witches, smoking cauldrons, large pumpkin faces, Count Dracula and other friendly creatures. Halloween costumes are encouraged.
In addition, the Boo ‘n’ Brew Train Ride takes place Friday, October 25, 2024, at 5 p.m., 6:30 p.m., and 7:45 p.m. The Halloweens decorations and the actors in the woods will be the same as the Track ‘n’ Treat ride, but there will be food and beer available for purchase.
Tickets for all the rides are $16 (plus fees) and are likely to sell out. Purchase tickets here.
