This concert features Clara Yang, pianist extraordinaire and head of keyboard studies at UNC Chapel Hill. She will present a program of the great Romantic Composers: Chopin, Liszt, Schumann.
Program:
- Chopin – Mazurka, Nocturne, and Barcarolle
- Liszt – Mephisto Waltz No. 1

They really mean it when they invite families to attend their concerts. From the music to the way they deliver the program, the educational drive of the organizer aims to engage with audiences from the youngest up.
For example, the concert includes a live camera on the piano keys.
Folks can also be in and out easily from the concert area as needed.
They also strongly encourage folks who have not attended many classical concerts to give this event a try because they believe that it can be enjoyable for a wide audience.
