Counter Culture Coffee is a coffee roaster committed to sustainably sourced coffee. The company’s headquarters in Durham also serves as a training facility for regional staff, and once a week they offer free coffee education to the community.
The popular Tasting at Ten event is a highlight at Counter Culture Coffee Headquarters and Training Center, 812 Mallard Avenue in Durham. Each Friday at 10 a.m., the public is welcome to a free coffee education and tasting session.
Each week Counter Culture Coffee will choose a coffee or coffees to feature and a complementary brewing method to spotlight. They’ll guide participants through the tasting, and share details about the coffee’s journey, from the seed to the cup.
