“Within Our Power” tells the story of 51 women in Edenton, North Carolina, in 1774. These individuals undertook a revolutionary act: they signed a resolution in protest of Britain’s colonial taxation policies and gave their oaths to boycott British goods. Later remembered as the Edenton Tea Party, this event was an early example of women’s political activism during the American Revolution.
“Blue’s March: An Overmountain Men Tale,” is inspired by real historical events and figures. Travel with Joseph and his faithful hound dog, Blue, as they embark on adventure.
