If you’re an adult living in the Chapel Hill area, you’re interested in learning, and you’re available on weekday mornings, Shared Learning Association of Chapel Hill could be a valuable resource for you.
Shared Learning is an unaffiliated education organization of adults who are lifelong learners. It offers 14-week daytime, noncredit courses for adults in two semesters (winter and spring) and one mini-semester in the summer, meeting at the Church of Reconciliation, 110 N. Elliott Road, Chapel Hill NC 27514
Members can take unlimited courses for a $60/year registration fee.
Classes will start the week of September 13th, 2021. The registration deadline is September 10th, and all mailed forms needs to be postmarked by September 7th.

The courses are all taught by volunteer moderators in a very collegial atmosphere who are enthusiastic about their topic and eager to share their knowledge and enthusiasm with others.
This is a great way to keep learning, with no pressure and no grades!
The courses meet once a week. Initially all classes will be on Zoom, but that will be reevaluated in October.
Shared Learning also sponsors free lectures.
