Is the modern world making us sick? Would returning to our hunter-gatherer roots really make us healthier, and what would a Paleo lifestyle really look like? In this episode of Secret Science Club NC, we’ll travel to traditional hunter-gatherer communities today and peer into the archeological past to see how industrialization has changed our diets and our daily lives. We’ll discover what other cultures really have to teach us about staying healthy.
Before & After:
- Imbibe the tricky cocktail of the night, Feast or Famine.
- Groove to the paleolithic tunes
- Bring your questions for the Q&A with Dr. Pontzer
