Go on a free walking tour of Raleigh’s City Cemetery, 17 S East Street, Raleigh, North Carolina, on Saturday, October 26, 2024.
Members of the Historic Resources and Museums Advisory Board and Historic Cemeteries Advisory Board are hosting tours of the cemetery from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., and from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
This is a chance to learn about the history of the cemetery and the people buried there.
This is a free event, and no registration is available. It’s appropriate for teenagers and adults.
Enter on the S East Street entrance, near Raleigh Fire Station 3.
