
The Oscar Mayer Wienermobile is coming to the Raleigh and other Wake County spots the weekend of February 27-29, 2026! There’s no cost to visit the Wienermobile.
A typical Wienermobile visit includes:
- Trivia about the Wienermobile
- Touring the Wienermobile
- Receiving a Wiener Whistle, stickers, and Oscar Mayer coupons
- Photos ops with the Wienermobile
- (No actual hot dogs)

- The first Wienermobile was created in 1936 by Carl Mayer.
- The 1952 Wienermobile has been living for years in the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, Michigan
- The 1969 Wienermobile model featured Ford Thunderbird taillights, a Chevy motor home frame
- Six different Wienermobiles are driving across the U.S. at any given time.
