Note in the Pocket is a nonprofit organization that provides impoverished students with clothing across Durham and Wake County. Coats and Cocoa is a coat drive hosted by Note in the Pocket. It takes place Saturday, December 2, 2023, from 1 to 6 p.m., at Shepherd’s Way Farms, 1010 St. Albans Drive, Raleigh, North Carolina.
For every coat donated, a ticket will be put into a raffle for a chance to win a $100 gift certificate to Shepherd’s Way Farms.
Come visit Santa from 1 to 3 p.m. and get some free hot cocoa! Cocoa will be given out until 6 p.m.
The donation bin will remain at the farm until December 16, 2023.
