The North Raleigh Interfaith Thanksgiving Service is a tradition dating back to 1994, when Millbrook Baptist and Millbrook Methodist Churches created an ecumenical Thanksgiving service.
Today, ten different congregations, of diverse faiths, join together every year for this service, to offer collective and communal gratitude. All are welcome.
The North Raleigh Interfaith Thanksgiving Service takes place Monday, November 25, 2024, at 7 p.m., at Millbrook Baptist Church, 1519 E Millbrook Road, Raleigh, North Carolina.
Before the service, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., Goodness GraceUs Food Truck will be serving dinner in Millbrook Baptist’s parking lot. You can tailgate in the parking lot or enjoy your meal inside the Fellowship Hall, visit with other community members, and explore the labyrinth.
Goodness Grace Us is a partner of A Place at the Table, Raleigh’s first pay-as-you-can café.
The service will include special music by the Combined Chancel Choir.
An offering will be collected for A Place at the Table community café. A reception with fellowship and refreshments will follow the service.
