The North Carolina Baroque Orchestra, directed by Frances Blaker, is presenting a concert called “Musical Gems Celebrating Summer” The concert includes works by Bach, Rameau, Vivaldi and more.
The concert takes place July 28, 2024, at 3 p.m., at Hayes Barton United Methodist Church, 2209 Fairview Road, Raleigh, North Carolina.
The North Carolina Baroque Orchestra performs on period instruments.
This concert will be a fun way to listen to and learn more about 17th and 18th century music on the instruments from the time. The concert is free, with donations to the orchestra gratefully accepted.
