The first full weekend of every month, Bank of America and Merrill customers get into many museums nationwide for free through Bank of America’s Museums on Us Program.
Your credit or debit card from Bank of America or Merrill is your ticket to visit participating museums the first full weekend of every month. You can follow the above link to find all the museums across the country that are participating.
In the Triangle, Marbles Kids Museum participates in the program. The offer extends to Bank of America employees as well.
Make sure to bring an active credit or debit card from Bank of America or Merrill, or proof of employment, to get your free ticket. When you purchase your ticket online, use the promo code BOFA before you add a ticket to the shopping cart, and then show your card or proof of employment at the admission desk.
You’ll receive one free ticket. Tickets must be purchased for additional guests, including children.
However, if you are a Bank of America customer, take a look at the SafeBalance for Family Banking card. This is a debit card that you can get for your child at no cost, while maintaining parental oversight of the account. Then your child can also get free admission to the museums during the Museums for Us weekends. Learn more here.
Regularly priced advance tickets are $9.50 for both adults and children, $8.50 for military adults and their children, and free for children under age 1. Day-of museum admission is $12.50 for adults and children and $11.50 for military.
Marbles is at 201 East Hargett Street, Raleigh, North Carolina. Saturday and Sunday hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
