Museum of Life + Science, at 433 W. Murray Avenue, Durham, NC, is celebrating its 75th anniversary with a special event.

On Saturday, March 19th, 2022, admission will role back to $7.50 for everyone, adults and children. The regular price is $23 for adults and $18 for kids, so this is a significant discount.
Hours will be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
In addition, there will be some special activities and opportunities at the party:
- Pop up cockroach races and insect handling in the Magic Wings Butterfly House
- Q&A opportunities with our Animal Care Team Members
- Giveaways and activities from Book Harvest
- Ask an expert from the NC Botanical Garden plus take home a seed pack of their 2022 Wildflower of the Year
- Hands-on activities in The Lab and TinkerLab
- Touch-a-Truck from 10 am – 1 pm with the Durham Fire Department and their mascot, Sparky
- Explore the Durham County Bookmobile from 10 am – 2 pm
- Red Wolf Coalition at the Red Wolf habitat from 10 am – 3 pm
If you haven’t been to Museum of Life + Science yet, or haven’t been lately, this would be a great time to visit.
If you can’t make it on Saturday, keep in mind that Sunday, March 20th, 2022, is one of Museum of Life + Science’s Durham Community Days, during which Durham and Durham County residents are admitted for free. The Durham Community Days take place twice a month.
