Walnut Creek Wetland Center, 950 Peterson Street, Raleigh, is hosting its 7th annual Mud Day on Saturday, August 16, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

This is a FREE event that is intended to demonstrate the importance of wetlands, as well as the importance of kids having fun outside.
Come dressed to get messy and wet! The highlight is a giant mud pit!

- Fire Department Decontamination Station
- Live Storytelling
- Fort Building
- Obstacle Course Trail
- Craft Tables
- Bubble Blowing
- Kiddie Zone with Mud Kitchen and Water Play
